Residents in California who have yet to receive up to $1,050 to help offset the costs of rising inflation rates can expect the next wave of payments by the end of December.
According to ABC 10 News, officials plan to distribute more of the state's Middle-Class Tax Refund payments throughout December,
sending approximately $9.5 billion to California residents via direct payments.
Payments can be delivered via direct deposit or as a prepaid debit card, which may take several weeks to arrive.
Although the state began sending out payments in October, some residents have yet to receive their checks or debit cards.
Residents with last names beginning with the letters N through V, on the other hand, should expect to receive their payments by December 31.
